Thank you for your interest in my re-election campaign for the Mountain View City Council.

It has been an honor and privilege to serve on the Mountain View City Council, especially as Mayor in 2009. I've worked hard to help make Mountain View the best place it can be to live, work, and play.

When I ran for City Council four years ago, I made a commitment towards maintaining our high quality of life through fostering economic development, delivering comprehensive human services, promoting sustainable and equitable growth, preserving our neighborhoods' character and encouraging civic participation. I am proud to have been a part of the numerous accomplishments made in all of these areas producing proven results. We've also managed to do so in a fiscally responsible manner with balanced budgets and healthy reserves each of the last four years. Our City has received much recognition from the work we have accomplished including being named the 4th Best Small City to Live In by Forbes Magazine in 2009.
